This policy explains how the Kenyatta International Convention Centre ("KICC") and the KICC platform (kicctest.org) use cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies in use

• Strictly necessary cookies - keep a session signed in, protect against cross-site request forgery, and let the cart and bookings work. Always active.
• Performance / analytics - anonymised, aggregate usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate region) via Cloudflare Web Analytics so the platform can be improved. Set only with consent.
• Preferences - remember choices such as theme or the consent selection.

Consent

Consent to non-essential cookies is requested on the first visit and may be changed at any time by clearing cookies in the browser or contacting KICC. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core features.

Third parties

Cloudflare may set cookies required to operate and secure the edge network (for example against DDoS and abusive traffic). Personal data is not sold and cookie data is not shared with advertisers.

Managing cookies

Most browsers allow cookies to be viewed, blocked or deleted in their settings. Blocking all cookies may prevent some parts of the platform from working.
